Privacy & Your Family’s Information

Your planner

Your companion plan—including nicknames, age stages, routines, progress, daily goals, chosen meals, grocery items, and starting preferences—is saved privately in the hosted database under your signed-in site identifier. Existing device plans are moved to that account on first load. We keep device drafts to recover interrupted saves. Shared devices may expose those drafts. Plan versions prevent one device from silently overwriting another device’s changes. The current Companion App is available at app.littlewinsparentclub.com. Older planner routes may use separate databases; saved data is not automatically merged between them.

Your Favorites

Article, activity, and recipe favorites are stored in this companion app’s hosted database under your signed-in site user identifier, with activity age stages or recipe identifiers and save times. You can remove them from Favorites. Older planner routes may keep separate saved data from the current Companion App. Saved legacy journal data can be part of the private companion plan; journal access remains package-gated.

Family Circle Collaboration

We store the circle name, site-specific caregiver identifiers and nicknames, membership roles, shared responsibility titles, assignments, completion state, update times, handover notes, and version numbers in the hosted database. Circle members can view and edit this shared board when live subscriptions are connected; currently Family Circle is a preview. Owners can remove caregivers and revoke unused invitations. Invitation tokens are stored as hashes, expire after seven days, and can be redeemed once. Personal routines and journal entries are separate and are not shared through Family Circle. Older planner routes may keep separate Family Circle records. Email privacy or deletion requests to our business email.

The Parent Club

Posting, replying, thanking, and reporting require ChatGPT sign-in. The community receives a site-specific user identifier. A trusted email is used to recognize the owner’s moderator access. We store your nickname, message, topic, submission time, moderation status, and the user identifiers needed to manage your own posts, reactions, and reports.

Approved nicknames and messages are visible to visitors who can access the site. Pending messages are visible to their author and the moderator. You can remove your own messages from public view; hidden records may remain stored for moderation. Email us to request account-related data deletion. Never post a child’s full name, school, location, photos, or medical records.

Newsletter & Memberships

Current newsletters are web editions. The current newsletter waitlist form submits your email address and consent to Mailchimp in a new tab. Follow any confirmation steps Mailchimp presents. Automatic email sending, paid billing, and verified membership access are not connected. Choosing a package stores a local preference; it does not charge you or enroll your email.

Hosting & Other Websites

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, which processes requests and authentication under its own policies. We have not added advertising pixels or a separate analytics service. External resource and shopping websites have their own privacy policies. Emailing us shares the information in your email with the mailbox provider.
